The short version
Label Sheets stores your data on your device and syncs it through your personal iCloud account. We never see your data, sell it, or share it. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
Your labels, templates, and projects belong to you and never leave your iCloud account.
What we collect
Label Sheets collects nothing about you. The app does not have an account system, analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reporters, or any third-party SDKs that collect data.
The only data that exists is what you create — your label text, templates, and projects. That data is stored locally on your device.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud Drive enabled, the app syncs your data across your devices using Apple CloudKit. This sync is between your devices only, through your personal Apple ID. We have no access to it.

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Label Sheets. Turning it off keeps your data local-only.
Data we never collect
- Name, email address, or any account information
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- Advertising identifiers
- Crash or diagnostic reports sent to us
- Any identifiers that could be linked to you personally
Children's privacy
Label Sheets does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected at all, the app is safe for all ages.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Because no data is collected, any future change would represent an expansion in scope — and you would be notified before that takes effect.
